if you dont want to travel by bus.. the train is $49 return to sydney if you book 14 advance with nsw state rail. a train leaves sydney at 7am gets to canberra at approx 11am on sunday 18th april. dont know about what time they return that nite as i am returning on monday afternoon train. -
I caught the train down last year and from memory the train departed roughly 5.30 - 6.00pm.
How pathetic is Kingston station, not even a cafe.Comment

The bus trip down was totally cult. we had these North supporters chuck browneyes at us OUT THE CAR WINDOW. This set the scene for a trip home that was filled with so much laughter that several of us had tears in our eyes. We even had a solution to getting the politicians out of parliament house. Five of us are going to Canberra but by car due to commitments.
Can we purchase tickets via cheersquad or any way bar Ticketek - I hate dealing with them. They are a rort and always end up with crap seating.
Can I at least find out where Swans supporters will be sitting so we can sit in a group.Love those Swans
