But that's how I would have tipped at the end of last year. Has anything changed that I should take into account?

I also picked my tips 2 weeks ago - just a little anxious for it to start. I've picked about the same you Go Swannies, except I tipped Melbourne instead of Hawthorn no reason, just thought I would.

Just curious why both of you picked the Cats over the Saints?

I thought the two teams were pretty level in the Wizz final but think the Saints may have had a bit of let down after that - plus I think they'll be thinking anything else but footy this week while they can't move for cameras and innuendo.

And the Cats have the extra incentive of revenge after losing the cup.

I actually rate the Cats this year. I've just got a feeling they'll make the 8, maybe Cressa's charms are drawing me in that direction?

I don't believe they'll be giant killers, but I think they'll put in a good showing. I still doubt the Saints have it. I did these picks though before the Wiz final. Not that clear Ugg, but that's my female logic for you
