    i was shocked

    ...to find out that the Sun Herald in Sydney had issued a centre spread swans poster this weekend.

    I have just got back from melbourne where no swans news is good news to the melbourne media and was absolutely gob smacked. Top stuff!!!

    I don't think a swans poster has ever been given away for free in a sydney newspaper.

    Now i wonder how much it cost them..

    I stuck it up in my studio.

      from memory the print one every year Diego . I think the Sunday Telegraph does anyway, or have for the past few.

          I don't think I have ever seen one..they have had individual player posters in the past, but i havent come across a full team poster before.

              I got one on my wall from the Swans prelim final win, from the Tele i thnk, is of Bazz pumpin the fists, love it!!

                  yeah at the start of every year they put out a team poster. i have a couple on my wall atm from past years

                      Strange i have never had one from the paper.

                      Well goes to show you I don't really buy the paper that much as i do all my reading online.

                      Are you sure..i would have noticed it though. Sure it was the official team poster and not individual player shots in action??

                          yeah, ussually has the whole team, sometimes has all their signatures aswell. i havent got one since 2001 though as i stopped buying the paper then

                              I like the poster - nice and big. I still reckon Dempster looks kind of evil though, and Fossy and McVeigh could seriously be twins.

                                  Oh well i got excited for no reason then. To be honest the poster was given to me by my housemate after she found it on the train home.
