    Lizz's training atricle

    Gday Lizz,

Great article as per usual - just a quick question.

It looks like Davis and MOL are set to return according to Roos.

But he made no mention of Schauble. How did he look ? Was he out there at all? I would love to see him back and was after your opinion if you could share with us all when you think he might be back.

    Thanks.

Schaubs was part of the "crook squad" kicking balls to each while the rest warmed up, but not one of those who then joined the main session. So I didn't see him moving at all. Given he's had such a long lay-off and Roos hasn't named him as a possible return this week, you'd have to surmise that he won't be playing this week.

I'd have no idea when he might be back based on what I saw, but you'd have to reckon he'd need to be participating in full training for a week or two at least before he came under consideration for senior selection.

I reckon we'll be challenged in backline defence. Let's hope that the ball keeps going forward from the midfield instead of back. I think the Roos will be as worried about our forwards as we should of theirs.

im more worried about their midfield. Its being touted as close to Brisbane's and West Coast's atm. If they are on song and kill us at the stoppages, our defence will have a hard day ahead of them.
