So who's going to the two's game on Saturday?

    I'll be there if

    a) I get out of bed early enough on Sat morning - probable; and

    b) I don't get completely lost driving around Canberra - highly doubtful!

I'll too will be there lizz, and will look for u. Spent time at Manuka Oval today with my father who is still involved at 73 yo with recruitment and transfers of players, from across the state for the ACTAFL. Sat in coaches box, and tapped the plastic drink bottle gently against the laminex in tribute to great coaches everywhere. Picked up the hotline and looked whimsically down to the dugout .. but Brad wasn't there to take the call! Don't forget the sossie sizzle after the twos match.

If anyone does go and sees most of the game I'd like a simple summary of where particular players played. In particular players like Dempster, Thewlis, Schmidt, Willoughby, McGlone, LRT and any of the current list of seniors that dont make the main game

As someone who probably wont get to see a reserves game all year I find that the limited summary given on the Swans website doesnt really give much idea unless players kick goals or are in the absolute best players

I am interested in where some of these players are being groomed to play

        Thanks

What .. hubby comes down to ACT, but won't accompany you to the ressies? What's he doing, having a latte in Manuka all day?
Send me a PM. I'll share the gameday wrap with you .. even introduce you to a stalwart of the local game - my dad! A bald-headed history of the local comp .. so to speak.
