They should show a game where both teams have a chance to win. Hawthorn have no chance

Then why would they wanna show the Sydney-Melbourne game?

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

It is a disgrace because Melbourne and Sydney are trying to establish this fixure as a big "traditional rivals clash" like the Ess v Coll game. If the AFL and the TV stations can't get a live coverage to this game, then the whole concept will just fail. Disgraceful. Probably what the AFL/Melbourne media want anyway.

Yet another kick in the face to equalisation of the competition.

The thing I can't believe is that this is supposed to be an Anzac day fixture. There are two games televised on a Sunday so why the hell are they not plying at the S.C.G. and televising it at 4.00?

I assumed that the reason it was moves to Saturday night was so that both Anzac day games could be shown live.

              What a joke.

On the other hand the Hawks have not been on the tele much and Brisbane has only had 2 from 4.

Hmmm. I was actually assuming Saturday was ANZAC day. Even more disgraceful that we have to play this "traditional ANZAC day match" not on ANZAC day! Another win to the "big" Melbourne club heavies.

Garry Lyon said this morning on SEN that the fixtures are set 6 weeks in advance and the other would?ve looked better at that time. I suppose to a neutral that may have been OK although I never fancied Hawks for the 8 personally.

Agree with earlier comment though if this is a ?special? game then why not give it a run in Melbne anyway?
