    Dempster & Thewlis

Haven't seen anything of either of these guys, and was wondering if someone could give me run down of where exactly they play, and whether either of them are up to senior standard now or in the near future.

there was a good article on Dempster in Saturdays Herald Sun they are expecting him to play a handful of senior games in the middle of the year and apparently the powers that be are more than happy with his progress

Josh tends to play towards the back, but also runs out of the backline and presents forward too. He's a handy shot on goal.

What I love about Josh is his enthusiasm. He's always putting himself in a position where he thinks he can receive the ball or be part of the play.

I've been a little concerned on occasion though with his reckless attack of the footy. He's been caught out a few times with his approach. I liken him to a large puppy. Full of energy bounding around wanting to be involved, but invariably he ends up squashing the daisies in the garden.

Obviously given time he's ability to read the play better (especially from the backline) should improve.

He's a bit of a tough nut too. Doesn't back off a contest.

Sean is one of those players who is just there, too be honest, I've not really noticed his play over much. He's consistent and reliable in the backline. He's a player I'm starting to appreciate more and will be watching closely over the next couple of reserves games.
