SWANS on SEN and at the SPORTS EXPO

For the melbourne based members...

Here are some exciting things that are happening in the lead up to the first Swans game in Melbourne on the 1st May:

*** This THURSDAY 22nd APRIL is SWANS DAY on SEN 11.16am on the dial radio station ***

Throughout the day there will be interviews with the following Swans current and past players:

Adam Goodes

Tony Morwood

Stuart Maxfield

Adam Schneider

Barry Round

Paul Roos

The theme of the day will be 'Living in Melbourne, Loving the Swans' and any member who joins on that day will go in the draw to win a jumper signed by Paul Roos and Stuart Maxfield

*** This WEEKEND 23rd - 25th APRIL the Swans will have a stand in the SPORTS EXPO at the ROYAL EXHIBITION BUILDINGS in CARLTON***
We will have merchandise and memberships for sale.

And I'm hoping that Rebecca will check back to see how many have read her post.

From memory, this is the first time Swans staff have posted here to let us know what's coming up. It would be WONDERFUL if someone in membership could do it as a matter of course. Just a short note saying Jude is on 2UE at 8.30 tomorrow or there's a whole Footy Show dedicated to the Swans, etc. Obviously they know and it'd be great for us to find out in advance. This would be a definite value added - most of us only check the Swans website every day or so because it doesn't change very often but check here more regularly. (That's my guess anyway.) Both sites would be ideal.

I've been trying to listen to SEN online for a while now, but I have no luck.

Have to 'get plug-ins' which I think I do when I get redirected to Java's site, but then I get the message on SEN's site 'click here when you have the plug-in'...but nothing.

FIIK what to do.
