Did anyone see On The Couch last night when they put up the list of our talls (over 193cm).
Firstly, nothing much has changed since last year but I'm glad our height is finally getting some recognition from the Melbourne media. It means our list is getting much more respect.
I know most of the criticism in the past has been about our lack of height down back but if we have a forward line that other teams struggle to match up on then it helps us win those "shoot outs" common at Telstra Dome etc.
Another reason why Doyle will be a crucial player for us this year. How many teams have the defenders to match up on Hall, O'Loughlin, Goodes and then a Ball or Doyle?? And that doesn't even include Davis or Schneider!
