the winning kid gets to run through the banner with the team ,
gets a jersey , socks and shorts and 4 tickets to the game

I had an 8 year old be as tall as me the other day, do you think I could have a go? Mind you, Cyggy is SOOO wimpy, I would probably burst out of the costume, but I would love to have a go.

Who else thinks we need to redesign the mascot? HMMMM?

Some years ago (97 I think) the Swans were doing something similar - selecting a junior member each week to run out with the team. They only did it the one year.

My kid got picked one week, unfortunately he had to hold hands with Cyggy so didn't really get to run with team. No giveaways either but he did get his face and name on the big screen, got some ribbing from his teammates the next week.

I don't think he'd get away with entering again seeing as he's 17 and the same size as Saddo now. Towers over me.
