On the AFL website in the previews for Round 6, it implies Nick Davis won't play. It says: "up until last year Swans hadn't defeated Essendon in 6 seasons and small forward Nick Davis played a critical role that night in Sydney. He won't be here this time around."

The Hun got their injury lists mixed up (we have deduced) earlier in the week and in their printed version included one that had ND out. Ms Lane at the AFL seems to have picked up on this and decided not to do any further investigation, despite the fact he kicked 4 goals last game and there was no report of any injury to him arising from that match.

If he has reinjured his hip he was hiding it exceedingly well on Wednesday at training.

it is a pitty they can't link to us from the Swans "official" site. I may be biased just a tad, but I think this is the best and for the most part, most sensible and informative AFL site going around. (end self promotion of RWO oh thank thee Des --- insert smilie worshiping their hero)
