The frightening thing about Goldspink

Is that people here were calling what would happen before it did.

There is something seriously wrong when you KNOW before the match that your team is going to be disadvantaged by the umpire.

I don't often thing ill of, or wish badness to anybody. In Goldstink's case I'll make an exception. The day he retires, or suffers termination (in every sense of the word), the drinks are on me!

I have in the past taken to calling Goldspank a "****ing dog" however now that I own a dog, he is even lower than that. The guy is scum. As for the other umpires yesterday, they must of been taking lessions for him.

If it weren't for the fact that I was house-sitting and hence not watching the game on my own TV i think my bf and I would have both smashed it in! It is the first time that I have gotten up and walked out of the room in sheer disgust - I just couldn't handle watching the bull that was being pulled out of nowhere! I'm STILL p***ed off at it actually!

i was at the game with a Bombers supporter and he hates Goldspink too. He is either the absolute best umpire or the absolute worst, to be uniformly condemned.

If there were more umpires available, Goldspink would have been kicked out ages ago (or at least I would have thought). He's just a hopeless umpire and most footy supporters hate him, regardless of who they barrack for. Essendon just got the better end of the stick yesterday. When will the better end of the stick come Sydney's way?

Of course i didn't hurt the pretty TV and digital cable! As if i'd be that dumb! No, I got up, went "we're playing stupid football, the umpires are @@@@ and I'm cranky!" and stormed off... thankfully we had a 21st to attend that night so we went off, i got sloshed and told everyone that the game sucked!
