    The real positives

We have gone from one of the oldest to one of the youngest teams in the comp with the loss of a vast wealth of experience. We ARE rebuilding and Roosie has warned us that we are trying to establish a culture at the club akin to Brisbane and build a foundation for a long-term successful club. With a youngish squad we will play inconsistently from time to time; the trouble this year is that we achieved so much last year that expectations have been raised perhaps unrealistically for this year. We have uncovered two stars over the past two years in Schneider and now Bevan...
My feeling was that once Dunks departed we needed to concentrate on getting another good backman to help out Schaubs...that would have proved even more desirable, given he has been injured for so long. Heath, after all, is really still only a cygnet in terms of experience.
The wide expanses at Subie should more suit our style of play, and lets hope that we can prevail at the house of pain...and remember, we are only two wins off a top four spot still...
"Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."
Working...
