Goodes'y saying he could play vs Hawks but unlikely. So maybe not too long!

Good news on the surface, but do we really need another player under an injury cloud?

heard him just before on 3AW and it seems he will miss this week but a chance for the following, not ruptured, just a tear.

Well all thats left is a lot of icing and a lot of prayer. We need the talls for this weekend vs the Hawks, blokes like Everitt troubled us last year, and at the moment we need all the help we can get.
            - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

Does this mean he was NOT under an injury cloud before Sat??

A lot of us have suspected he was carrying an ankle injury sustained in Round 1.

Not to mention Thompson (who has been playing like crap) and Holland (Ditto, they reckon he will stay in the 2's for another week), and the other big bloke Robert Campbell.

The thing was, people here were just assuming he had an injury because he wasnt playing well. There was no evidence about an injury, and we all know that people do suffer from bad form, just look at almost everyone in the team.

I still think that he was playing injured, not because he hasn't been playing well, but because he appeared to me to be restricted in his movement. I don't think it's the ankle injury from Round 1 either.

Well, I guess the injury cloud is irrelevant, now that he is injured!
