    Rucking

Saw Sam Newman talk about rucking problems on the Footy Show last night - just wondering who is the Swans ruck coach?

actually made a lot of sense. Problem is many young ruckmen have been brought along without proper tutoring and hence get into difficulties. They should never be forced to lead, collide with their knees.

This whole centre-bounce injury thing's being getting worse ever since they put the anti-wrestling line across the centre. The cure was almost worse than the disease.
The sooner they put in a Wizard cup circle the better it'll be.

Incidentally John Longmire is our "ruck" coach.

Thought Sam made great sense and explained it well.

It's the type of technical analysis which is lacking in the media because none of them actualy understand the finer points of the game.

What - Caroline Wilson would actually write something which relates to what happens on the field?!?!?!? You must be joking.
