    The drawback with winning tomorrow....

is that it will hopefully be good enough to let the pies get off the bottom.

Would need to win by about 50 points or so for the Pies to get off the bottom. I'd take a win by any margin tomorrow though, so even if we do scrape it in, we get the added bonus of keeping the Pies in 16th!

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

I hope people aren't presuming that the team just need to turn up to win because that's the kind of mentality we had against the Tiges and look where that got us....

The way both teams have been playing, we've probably got a better chance of winning if the Swans stay in bed. Let the Hawks beat themselves.

The way the results went today, tomorrow is a major hurdle for us. Win and we'll be back in the eight and in touch with many. Lose and we're level with the Hawks and Blues. I watched last year's game again tonight - R19? and they murdered us.

Remember it well. As long as Sam Mitchell got gastro from a dodgy kebab and can't play it won't happen again.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Too right. That was a game where it seemed like there were two Crawfords on the field they looked so alike!

My concern about today's game is that the Swans have a habit of dropping games when the results pave a way for us to climb the ladder.

We really do hate the favourites tag. It usually means we're in for a tough grind to an ugly win, or quite often a heartbreaking loss.

                Hopefully not today, tho.

                Go get em Swans!

I have picked all home teams in tipping and so far ... and with a little over an hour to the ball up .. today will contribute to that roll.

If the boys were not revved up before now - they'll be bursting to win this match. Surely!

I can't believe that we are strong favorites with the bookies for this game - this is, at best, a 50-50 game for us.

Might nearly be the most important game of the year for the Swans. Not so much to make the finals or anything but just to get a bit of pride and confidence back.

I think we should be favourites, but not strong.
