    Go Swannies!!!

See you all out at the game today. I hope it's not an entertaining match as we go flat out for percentage. My nerves won't cope with a close one.

Go Bazza and Magic; have a great time rucking Jason; good to have you with us Goodsey. Stewie, I hope you have the blinder you were on the verge of last week. Pebbles - lots of high marks please. Jude and Jason, you're so close just throw yourselves into it, please. The rest of you - I merely expect you to do what you all do so well. Just do it for all of us - and all your infirm teammates sitting in front of Roosy's coaching box.

A 100 point win would be nice. But I'd settle for a win by a single point, as long as my heart survives.

    Go Swannies!!

Yeh I could have used a few valium today, as well. I was sitting on the edge of my couch for the last 10 minutes, and couldn't sit still for the last few. I didn't relax until Saddo's mark!!

It was like a few years ago when they could only win by a small margin.

I said that I'd settle for a win by a single point, as long as my heart survives. I didn't say that was what I wanted. I think my pulse would have been at about 160 for the last five minutes. But the close one was worth it as my friends at the game who'd be bagging all our mistakes were on their feet with huge grins and tears of joy when the siren sounded. I think I'd trade the nervousness of the close one for the euphoria of the close win.

In case I'm accidentally foretelling the future, can I put on notice that next week I'll settle for a win by 80 points or more?

Actually, I'd prefer this margin for the week AFTER next!!!!

And even if that happened the Hun would report "The Saints played in NSW this weekend and lost."
