I was a little confused when the whistel went and saw the signal for running too far. But Leo did get the ball just outside the goalsquare, took an early bounce and then was pinged just inside the 45.

As I said before - I didn't think we were too hard done by with that call.

I heard Channel 9 commentators saying (on replay) that they thought the Hawkers had said "how far?". If that's the case I say "how fair?"

Williams is in my Fantasy team so I'd rather Leo had allowed him to get a few more (meaningless) touches. Especially since I dropped Goodes because I didn't think he actually play.

I did the same - and this week got done again with a player going down early (Goodes last week, Keating this week). And to add to that, the player I had picked as Captain had an ordinary rating for this week -damn Scott West, the poor game was supposed to be NEXT week.

Leo really showed out against the Hawks, he beat their best forward this year, a tiny goalsneak, and then when Croad went hot he switched onto him and stopped him. Switching from a high speed midget to a high marking power played like Croad and beating was a huge effort.

All this and several episodes of Leo lunacy, wonderfull, all he needed was a spekkie and it would have been a perfect game.

I think possibly they did, however he did take more than ten steps after that bounce, however I doubt that he covered 15 metres.

Either way it wasn't anywhere near the worst umpiring mistake we've suffered from this year.

Yeh Dermie pointed that out and then counted the number of steps. He did run along way, BUT , how many times do you see guys run further, and get away with it??
