Apologies for being slack with the ladder and so forth - its been a bit of a busy time for me. The downloadable ladder is available from http://www.redandwhiteonline.com/con...004_ladder.php

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

What did Fosdike do today? I didnt see him all game, and the stats tell me im not blind. How does a midfielder finish with so few possessions, unless he is injured or the coach has it in for him?

Rocket Eade said that Fozzy was a real dud kick after he lobbed the hospital ball for Williams to get crunched in the back by Croad. On today's performance, I tend to agree.

Phew, I thought I was going to be here all night before someone started bagging Fossie.

Buchanan only had 10 touches too and some idiots were saying that he was okay today. Crouch and Nicks too - wastes of space. Let's get tough and have a 15 touch minimum or back to the ressies no matter what. Zero tolerance - that's what we want.

Ho hum... [on the sarcasm just above me]

Anyway, Fosdike seemed to spend a bit of time on the bench, and also a bit of time on the ground falling over.

He had short periods when he was able to gather the ball quite well and his kicking was generally pretty good today, hitting some targets. The pass to Williams was a shocker though.

He just went missing for a fair bit of the game.

I'll be interested to see how many minutes he was on the ground.

Perhaps you would like to point out the positives for me then. Im just saying that from where I was at the game, I dont remember seeing him at all. The stats back me up.

And Crouch was tagging Crawford all game, so sacrificed his own ball-winning ability to stop his opponent. From where I sat, Fosdike was not tagging, nor was he tagged himself.

And I never said he should be banished to the reserves. Just agreeing with many others on this forum who think that he isnt the best kick in the game.
