    Is the SCG shrinking?

2 things I could not get my mind off watch yesterday:

    1. Players at 45 meters think they are at 50 and are not exactly
coping with this psycho related issues; and

    2. The one scragging kick from the pack in the middle of the SCG
at the centre bounce that lands in the arms of a key forward,
all of a sudden seems ridiculous.

The SCG is cute and has all these great memories etc, but as I have just done a weekend in Melb going to the MCG and the Dome as well as at Homebush recently, the SCG is Mickey Mouse!

This issue ain't nothing new, but it ain't nothing either!

The bit that worries me is that Sydney players are still making this error in judgment. They train there twice a week and play there every 2nd week (give or take a week here and there for away games/games at Homebush) and aren't prepared to back themselves when they are on the line to make the distance.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Given that it was one of the reasons Crawford missed that last shot which was very gettable, I'm not complaining.
