    RWOers please IDntify yourselves

Was chatting to a few folk at the Swans/Hawks aftermatch in the Noble (MikeB, Des etc) and I was mindful that I find it's still a bit of a secret society amongst us. Until one is introduced by other good people, of course. And I know this can be useful - esp if you're having a hard time on the boards ..

But having said that .. I heard various suggestions floated to help us find one another including
    a badge,
a tattoo on the forehead ...

I personally think I might head to one of those mall-dwelling embroidery shops who do type & logos on a various pieces of clothing - and make use of our new membership cap.
    Something like ..
    RWO - "The Boot"
done on the back in a script font perhaps.

Is this a dumb idea of the week? Anyhoo ... back to work ...
Good men do good deeds. Evil men do evil deeds. But it takes religion for a good man to do evil deeds.

Sorry but there is no way I'm going out in public with Schneidergirl written on my cap!

I met some RWO at the B&F last year, and have since met GoSwannies and Kallias (sp?) and hopefully I'll meet some more at trivia night!

Good idea. Beats a secret handshake. And it looks like a special SCG call like "Goldspink you're an idiot" or "kick it long Tiger" may not be identification enough.

Well, there seems to be a bunch of us who congregate by the picture of the SCG at the Noble aftermatches (right hand side of the room if you're facing the stage) - this seems to be away from the crowds so it works well to be able to spot people. We also have a few more who at least pop by, so feel free to come by and say hello (and if you aren't sure if you're looking at the right people - look for someone in a Cats scarf/tracksuit - that's Des' other half).

        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Without realising it, I'm sure a lot of aftermatch regulars going back a few years on here know who I am which is kinda scary!

Yeha, i'm that scary "Whooooooooa that's the thing about football" girl

I think a RWO badge would be a good idea. Have a generic one that's the same for everyone. If the RWO site did an official one and sold it to members, the proceeds can help to fund the site.
