    I was worried about Baz losing his cool - no bloody wonder. Matthew Lloyd would have been giving a permanent pension for that infringement!

    Pretty good win really and some players were good that haven't been before;

    I thought McVeigh showed something, Buchanan, Kennelly played his best game of the year so far, C.Bolton was good so was J, Bally continues to try his guts out, Leo was brilliant.

    Bad luck for Saddo he was playing OK in the last few weeks.

        G'day Hemsleys, well the umpiring wasn't too bad after half time, especially the 3rd qtr was OK - dunno how many frees were given in that qtr.

        BBBBH would be a TRIFLE upset with the umpiring but....you know how it is when you are a fearsome forward...(4).

          Except for a couple of funny ones, I thought we actually had the better of the umpiring.

          My main worry is if Hall gets reported for hitting Grant, which seems a strong possibility.

            Thanks FL.
            Just checked the Frees 15-14 the dogs way, it was a bit lopsided earlier on.

              Who knows if Grant got hit after his act in the early part of the game it could be nothing - I hope.

              I knew he was gettting frustrated - umpire Gold**** does it again - who did we play last time he was officiating? Yeah - I thought it was Essendon..

                Hmm... as far as the tribunal is concerned, he only did it if there's video...

                  It seems that way and given that they didn't show any footage, I'm guessing there is none!!

                    I don't know what happened - only saw Grant doubled over looking winded. You could see Bazza's frustration building all night (our delivery sure didn't help him trying to beat 3 opponents). I guess it will be looked at on video, but my big concern is his past record. IF he gets suspended for it, no matter how soft the infringement, he will go for 2 weeks at least. Unfortunately for Baz, there will never be such a thing as 1 week thanks to his prior record.

                        Umpiring generally was satisfactory, but geez Barry Hall got the rough end of the stick tonight. He SHOULD have kicked about 8 goals if he'd kicked some of those easy ones straight and been given a fair go by the umps. If a guy jumps early and misses the ball and gives you no chance of competing for the ball, surely it has to be an obvious free.

                        For anyone watching on tv, when Barry Hall kicked one off the ground about a metre out from the goal and the goal umpire called it touched, was that the correct decision. Everyone was pretty confused about it at the ground.
