    Dare I say it?

Next week is our season defining game.

Be interesting to see if we can rise to the challenge and play arguably the best team going around at the moment.

I don't expect to beat the Saints, given their impressive form, but if we put in a good effort that will be good enough. Nobody's beaten the Saints yet this year, so if we also don't beat the Saints we'll be in good company.

I'm hoping we repeat our 1995 effort against Carlton.

Of course! We can win this game. And that limb is not so thin.

It's doable, but I'll add one more rider. They need to go out there and try to play their own game and enjoy it, rather than worry overly about the opposition, much as they did against the Power last September.

Will be a big test for our boys, and our coaching staff as well. Matching up on their forward options will be interesting, but again, the midfield and clearances will be a key factor, especially considering they also don't have a dominant ruckman.

No logical, rational reason for it, but I'm quite optimistic about next week.

I reckon Goodesy will get Riewoldt. Leo on Gehrig - he has the pace and probably is strong enough. Also he may make Gehrig chase him which will help.

To me we are going to have to play Doyle/Ball rotating in the goalsquare. We need to kick straighter too!

Will Hamill be playing? If so I reckon B2 is the man.

Goodes on Riewoldt when he's up forward could be the go.

Gehrig is the big worry. Leo may be alright, but again with his run out of defense so good last night, we need him loose. Could Goodes play Gehrig?

Hmm, can't wait for next week!! Sort of....

St.Kilda will blow us away by 100 points if we kick like we did last night.

My only hope is that we seem to play to the level that the other team dictates, good or bad.
