    Sydney Tonsilitis

Rumours are that we now have a new medical definition akin to the Windy Hill flu. Cannot confirm reliability, but heard at half time yesterday that Fossies flu was shoulder related. Apparently his shoulder has been less than perfect all year and was aggrievated in Perth a couple of weeks ago. My informant is friends with Nick's girlfriend, apparently she is a physio, but Nick won't let her touch it. Can anybody confirm?

Don't know anything about the shoulder but about half an hour before the game started I was told (by someone in a position to know) that Fossie had been sick all week.

May also had something to do with the Doggies deciding late in the piece to play that tall bugger Skipper.

Fosie might have been going to play if needed, but when they named Skipper, Doyle had to play.
