    Maybe that's actually how they determine suspensions? Throw a dart at the board while blindfolded, if it misses a score, the player is cleared, if it hits, they take the score for that dart, divide by 7 and use the result as the number of weeks the player is suspended for.

        I think there are to many lawyers involved in the process, which is the major part of the problem as defence lawyers are often forced to blur the line between fact and law which I believe happens in the tribunal and gives us massive inconsistency
