Good first qtr by the Swans.
Very very disappointing miss by MOL at the end.
Hopefully we can keep things going in the second qtr, which has been our weakest.
We're up 4.4 - 1.1.
At qtr time against Brisbane we were up 4.3 - 1.3, Melbourne 6.1 - 2.2, Essendon 4.3 - 1.5 with 3 min to go in the 1st qtr, and Hawthorn 4.4 - 1.1.
St.Kilda have been changing their past trends all season, so hopefully it's our turn to do so now!!Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Yep - that's what I thought, but great fightback in the last 5 min or so.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Someone tell Fossie to only kick controlled short kicks (like the last one to Bazz). His long ones are going to uncontested Saints every time.
Ryan has lost all confidence in front of goal. Less than a goal a game for the year is not what we wanted.
Ablett looks good. McVeigh looks good, Buchanan getting into it and will be a game breaker today, I reckon.
Also good to see that we have begun our quota of goals to opposition form incorrect frees....Knobel???? Oh my God! Still if Goodes had spoiled properly and Bolts hadn't coughed it up and Kosi done a great snap..... but you get my point.
Also am I an idiot but I didn't think the Hamill free (which he missed) was correct. No pressure on the back. Turned the man over.
Bevo didn't read my post about sloppy tackles in the back!!!! That cost a goal too, I think (on Black on centre wing)
They are serving it up physically. We're standing tall, but I hope it doesn't have an errect on the scorevoard later.
Goodesy has done his quota of friendly fire incidents...we'll be right from now on!"I'll acknowledge there are more talented teams in the competition but I won't acknowledge that there is a better team in the competition" Paul Roos March 2005Comment
