    Chardonnay sipping fan revealed

Never having actually seen one of the Chardonnay sipping fans that are supposed to be the jelly-like backbone of Swans support, I was delighted to see that a Chardonnay sipping fan was captured IN THE ACT on the TV broadcast.

Did anyone else see the serial name-dropping, Saints-supporting Molly sipping away ?

I'd love to have that in some kind of digital format so that I can send to it to the next no-brain Victorian who raises the topic.

Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

Didn't see him sipping Chardy, but I did see the devestated look on his face when the result became inevitable!!!

Molly has a lot of (young) nephews, in fact he's reknowned for it!

Sports do not build character. They reveal it....Heywood Broun

I always turn to the sports pages first, which record people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures......Earl Warren

Definitely not a bandwagoner though. He used to cop a baggin on Hey Hey about the pathetic Saints and stuck by em. If he can afford to sip chardonay at the footy and sit in a box, all the power to him.
                  - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

                    Exactly Motor.

Molly has always been 'out of the closet', so to speak, about being a Saints supporter.

I like the celebs and sports people who are happy to identify themselves with 'their' team. We know Hewitt is a Crow fanatic, Ponting is a keen Kangaroo etc.

When those type of guys get prime tickets to the GF to watch 'their' team play, I feel 'good on 'em' because i know they bleed for their clubs, just like me and most others on this board. If their lifestyle/jobs permitted them they would be in the stands every week.

As for the other 'celebs' who jump on the wagon at GF time and cost some poor bastard who follows his side week in, week out getting a ticket ****s me no end.
