I have been threatened by supporters of all the 'big 4' clubs in Melbourne and I have to admit that I hate all of these clubs - and their supporters are such feral bush pigs. But #1 would have to be Essardon...they are arrogant, moody little bush pigs and they are so stupid that they still don't know how to say the name of their team properly!
    Go you mighty BLOODBOYS!

Must agree with you on the bombers. They have been one of the best teams for the last 13 yrs, But how many premierships have the won????

i voted collingwood (but was impressed by the history lesson re carlton) but was surprised that the kangaroos did not rate that high.
i imaging they would have attracted many more votes had this same poll been taken 3-5 years ago.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

Graham Teasedale, Shane Morwood, Greg Smith, Barry Mitchell, Anthony Rocca,

Historically speaking Collingwood have also been the worst poachers of Swans players.

I have never really disliked the Kangaroos themselves.

I just mainly detested Carey. Now apart from David King, there is nobody to really hate amongst their lot.

Scott, I dont like Essendon much either, but I wish we'd ONLY won 2 premierships in that time.

My hope for the Swans is that Roos becomes as successful as Sheedy. Something like 4 premierships in 20 years and otherwise permanently competitive. I wish we could have the luxury in 20 years to be unhappy with ONLY winning 4 flags in that time period.

                Sharpie,

Yes I wish we could've (should've)won at least 1 or more.

My point was, that they have had a fairly strong list for many years now and probably should've won more than just the two. We haven't had a strong competitive list consistently over the same period. The 2 years that we have really excelled ('96 and '03), we have had no expectations on us at the begining of the year. We have played above any expectations and almost got there.

Lets hope Roos' 5 year plan bears some fruits for his labour.
