I said Lew Hoad! (Well, straight after Ken Rosewell) Neil Fraser indeed!

Hey Schneidergirl - you were included in the general congrats. I didn't know you needed special recognition? But of course you get universal praise - from all of us. I bet Nicksy wouldn't have gone to the bar and got drinks if it'd just been me.

A great team effort. Footy and general sports knowledge from the encyclopaedic Dawson and Norris, supported by Micky O. General knowledge from the ?brains? Mike and Go Swannies, supported by the rest of us.

Yeah, I know Neil Fraser was my fault!

Mick told an interesting story when the question ? what draft no was MO taken at? came up. He was a mad Carlton supporter, the Blues were the only team who spoke to him pre draft and were to pick him at 42. Swans got in at 40. He was mighty p*ssed off at the time!

Was it only my imagination, or did Mick?s contribution wane in the second half when he moved (by request) and sat next to SsYwDaNnEsY? mmmmm!!!

Congrats to Dawson's mob. Well, RWOers were well and truly sprinkled thru the room. Spoke to Mike B for a minute or so. Was sitting with Bron, Swanette, Go Goodsey & Liz. Our table name drawn from the hat was Table Lockett. I guess we thought that this would get us through - but like all teams it IS a collective effort.

We ended up in third place after sitting midway at the halfway mark. Kind of like the Swannies are now. Hmm .. synchronicity??

We'll be looking at early draft picks for next year .. and youth will NOT be one of the deciding factors. Geepers, you had to have five degrees in just about everything to have a chance. Frightening!!

Well The Boot, you only have yourself to blame - you could have put yourself in the draft and been picked up by Team Round (the RWO table), but instead you chose to pull out of the draft early under the Father Son rule and gave up the opportunity to line up with the Premiers....

Not sure we'll have room under the Salary Cap for you next year though!!!!

              I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

                  Old Royboy, you flatter me.

I had a great night and it was good to meet you all.

Sorry my trivia knowledge was not up to scratch; but I'll try and brush up on it before the next one, when we defend our title!

Good bag of goodsies we got too, although I think they may have had an over stock of XL TEAM OF THE CENTURY t's!

MOL was great fun and as Go Swannies mentioned very relaxed.

Bring on the Best and Fairest!!

Was a relief for me - anythig smaller and I'd be in trouble. Does yours come down to your knees or feet???
