I am interested to see Melbourne players like Jeff White put their form reversal this year down to the fact that they are playing without niggling injuries.
The Demons remind me a lot of how we played last year and unfortunately are a reminder of what a great opportunity has been squandered this season, largely through injury and guys playing with injuries.
Aside from Brisbane and Port, no AFL club can afford to have so many injuries as what Sydney and Collingwood - top 4 sides from last year - have had in 2004.
Too many of our best players like Goodes, O'Loughlin and Davis will be playing the rest of the year with niggling injuries.
When do the coaching and medical staff make the call to get everyone right for 2005?
There is no reason why we won't immediately return to being a top 4 side like the Demons have done.
