You have to love the one-eyed optimism in this headline. The Pies are languishing in 14th place on the ladder, and have only won four of thirteen games. On form, you'd expect them to win fewer games than they lose for the rest of the season. Yet the headline doesn't concede that the finals are out of the equation by describing it as just a "finals setback".
Somehow I don't see the Pies winning eight of their last nine games to make the finals after they won just four in the first thirteen weeks. Even if they had 12 wins, their percentage may still keep them out.

I think it unlikely that they will do it this year, but last year they won 8 of their last 9.
