I work in the public sector and we deal with impaired medical practitioners. It's colloquially called dealing with the "mad, bad or sad." ie, the have mental health problems, are criminally inclined or are clinically depressed.

Doing the sums
Say another 100 games @ 25 a year = 4 years
Say he gets the swans 5 times a year at the least option = Best case of 16 more games he can stuff upover 4 years ..... out of say 100 games we at least get 80+% games that should be umpired impartially!
Worst cast say ten games a year 40 games out of say 100 ........... we could have priority draft picks if he gets that amount of games.... ?
Hope he gets less than 5 a year! That may make the difference to a flag or not?
