Show it to 'em Sydney, show 'em your the Swans

I have no idea why this is suddenly important to me to find out, but what season did they stop playing "Show it to 'em Sydney" after every goal?

that would be pretty self-explanitory... it's tacky and makes you cringe.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.

Yep, don't want to see it back... for some reason I just want to know when it finished!

No, we got the great man Barass half way through the 1993 season. Are you thinking of the first full season with him as the coach?

Except against Essendon. I'm told Sheedy hates it with a passion. You would too if you had heard it as an oppositon coach 36 times in one match because we had kicked 36 goals

                          yep that's it

to be honest, I couldn't remember which year we got him, but knew it was about then. I also couldn't be bothered looking it up. I know he stopped them from being the laughing stock they were on Live and Sweaty and guesed he'd probably have done the same with all the other crap.

Man, I'd love to have the Swanettes back.

They were a lot of fun.

Maybe I like the American style of football, or basketball, or whatever, but I think they create a bit of atmosphere..
Even if they were used before the game, or at 1/2 time etc.

Or maybe I am just raging against the machine again...

They helped me and my mates decide to go to the footy back in the mid 80's.
