Picked up some tickets for my brother and his friends today from Ticketek at Elizabeth Street and everyone there was buying tickets (5 people from memory). 1 person even asked the Customer Service agent how to get the SCG lol.
I asked them how it was selling and she replied "better than normal this year, heaps yesterday and today"..
So after all that, I am guessing around the 30,056.
All the guest passes have been sold out, now I am in some trouble given I was supposed to get 5 hangers on into the game.
Given that I would've said we would comfortably get more than 30k *but* the weather looks shizen so there may well be more than a few non-turner-uppers.

You can always buy them off of a scalper out the front of the SCG
Has anyone seen what the crowd figure was? There seemed to be a few people there considering the risk of rain/small buildup/playing the Crows.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
28,000 isn't a bad crowd at all, especially in today's weather conditions. To put it in perspective, it's more than the total attendances of the 3 NRL games played today - although why anyone would go to an NRL game while there's a Swans game on is beyond me.

I've said enough about that before.
I have lost a lot of respect for the 2 individuals whochose the Roosters tonight.
I'm sorry, but the Swans are everything. No ifs, no buts. No excuses.
