Please people, Doyle does not need to prove himself or feel any further pressure as he is not going to be delisted.

As for jumping early in the ruck, maybe it is a ploy by the coaching staff to make sure he does not receive contact from the other ruckman to his lower body when they jump early and use their kness and backside?

We are having trouble trying to find a KP defender, do you think young 6ft 6 ruckman grow on trees to be picked whenever needed and then walk straight into the side and play consistent football.

Reality is, Doyle will be on our list until his body does not allow him to play AFL standard football anymore.

He is just far too much of a valuable commodity to be delisted or traded.

P.S His marking in his early days was a feature of his game and just like we have seen with Hall this year, it will come back with extended periods of game time

If you have had a good look at the replay you will have noticed his profound influence on the game at 2 stages.

2nd Q when we got our run on he dominated out of the centre, knocking it forward and 2nd efforts. Gave us first use of the footy.

      Ditto last Q.

Took a couple of marks at the right time also.

The best is not far off.
