Lenny Hayes would be utterly crap at the SCG - as he has been to date.....
He's slow, soft - greatest boundary side player since Wayne Campbell and that Anderson at S&Don & The Crows. Generally he is the biggest handball reciever in the league, and look how useless he is without Harvey winning the ball.
Is an atrocious kick.
Without pace strength or skill he would be utterly useless, then again we've always been looking for a replacement for Jim Edmonds

Against Port Harvey had 3 handballs and 5 kicks while Lenny could only manage 17 kicks, 10 handballs and 7 tackles.
Who cares if someone is a handball receiver no team would want a midfield of in and under players exclusively.He averages the same amount of clearances as Harvey does so I shouldn't have accepted your receiver claim so easily.

Ablett is another story, if he fails to cement his place by year end, I suspect that he will want out and back to Victoria.
I don't think Lenny is going anywhere. He has been pretty frank about his love of his new home in Melbourne.
If Lenny left at the end of the year, it would be tantamount to Leigh Colbert's exit from Geelong. Doesn't matter what circumstances cause the defection, it's a move too massive to contemplate.
