Plastic dongers

Wasn't it weird having those plastic donger things at the game last night. When I got the cheers going (before my voice went, Peter I miss having you around!), the whole hill would dong them together in unison.

Did look good, but as the game got boring all the kids started to dong each other with them.

They were quite effective. you could really hear them from the Ladies stand.

It almost looked like some sort of alien feeding frenzy!
(maybe I've seen Starship Troopers too many times!)

Hmmmmmmm.

I ended up with a punch to the back of my head last night as a result of just this. Not from my 6 year old nephew, but my older sister, who hasn't seen the side of 6 for some time.

but they were fun.

Can we actually get stronger ones from anywhere? All of the ones we got have holes in them as the donging each other heated up.
