After having read a few complaints in the past I would like to say that the service I received this morning was exemplary. I had booked tickets for the Geelong game and mentioned that I am taking my elderly mother who is not very mobile. Rebecca rang to discuss where is the best place for her to sit and to tell me the closest carpark to that gate. You couldn't hope for any more caring or better service than this.
