For me, this one hurt. I've been that annoyed since the final siren, I waited before coming online to cool down, but I'm still stung, by the loss.

The only thing that brings a smile to my face was Pebbles' performance. I think B1 and Crouch were hard at at it. Jude getting crunched quite a feew times and Jared held Ablett for most of the match. Again Hall showed his class, he demanded their very best player early on (and he played Baz very well).

How often did Jude mark their kick out of the defence?? He read the play very well.

I'm quite surprised about the way Crouch and Bevan were played. Crouch was forced to play a purely defensive role against Ablett, and we badly missed his straight hard running up through the centre. Bevan was just thrown around to plug gaps on and off the bench.

While they both did ok jobs, I think in hindsight Bevan should have taken Ablett and just tried to shut him down as Crouch did, leaving Crouch to play more in the middle and give us some drive.
