    Nicky D

Will he be back this weekend?? If not, when will we see him on the field again cos we could really do with him at the moment.
    - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

Was just about the ask the same question. I see he's down as TEST on the injury list (FWIW).

Doubt we will see him play this week, the 3 and 30 year old training spies informed me that he spent the training session last Thursday on the sidelines signing autographs.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

doubt it too as Roos never mentions him in players likely to come back. Perth would be a risky venue for too many underdone players. But the reality is that he will be severely underdone whenever he returns. I did say at the time that his type of injury takes up to six months to recover from. A kick to the ankle bruising a bone is probably more serious than a fracture.

The injury is more than just bruising. There was an article in one of the Sunday papers a couple of weeks ago which said that there are multiple micro-fractures which are causing his recovery to be slow. It would be nice to see him back, but I'd rather him come back when the ankle is right rather than play with it still causing trouble like he did against Port Adelaide.
We all dream of a team of BLTs!

Don't know if anyone has seen the Collingwood site on Bigfooty but they are claiming that there is a rumour going around that ND wants back to the Pies.

Would doubt that it's true though, we're heading into silly season again

I put little faith in bigfooty rumours

Would hate to see him leave for any reason...

Erm .. that's bruising of the H-E-A-L, not bruising of the H-E-A-D

Goodes and Willo are expected to play. Can't believe that the medial ligament is torn, surely strained. He watched training yesterday but Roos is happy to play him. Davis trained but is expected to return through the reserves.

So Davis and Schauble return through the reserves, yet Schneider comes straight into the firsts. Now that's stupid!!

But of course! Nicky D and Schaubs are young guns that had to earn their spot where as Schneider is a seasoned performer.
