absolutely ridiculous. puts the spotlight back on the tribunal especially as IMO the tarrant one is nowhere near as blatant. byproduct of his normal tackling style my foot.
I wish my weed was EMO so it would cut itself

I guess if his normaling tackling style is to slide the knees into the head of a personb on the ground

I wonder if that gives him carte blanche to do it every week now!!

this shows the how stuffed the system is. Even if that was an accident it deserved weeks... it was reckless and stupid. Besides Farmer is always doing stupid things.... that could of caused serious damage

He's been a little erratic over recent weeks (eg getting riled up by the crowd). I think he's a risky player. Dangerous, but erratic like Richo (here's hoping he won't kick 7).

What a joke Dustin fletcher got a week for a little tap of someones boot with his outstretched fingers and gets a week and Farmer nothing,oh well hes one of the most overated players ever IMO so cant see it hurting us too much this week.

Farmer is actually a liability but that doesn't change the fact that the tribunal is a joke.

Retired umpire on WLF said the decision on Farmer challenges AFL to appeal.
                    Felt decision totally wrong.

And quite a few people emailed/sms'ed in to WLF saying that it was a disgrace, they would tear up AFL memberships etc.

It's pretty obvious the tackle was completed, so it had nothing to do with tackling style, and pretty obvious it wasn't an attempt to get up either because you don't push your knee that far forward with that force while attempting to get up.

                      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

What a great comparison! Dustin in the act of stopping a goal and Farmer concealing a deliberate attempt to smash an opponent's face when the ball was no longer in play.

The decision is outrageous and makes a mockery of the AFL's supporter base.
