Do u guys reckon he is any chance of playing this weekend or sometime soon??? Honestly, the kid needs a go ASAP. He is running hot in the 2s, and has been for 2 seasons now. Reward the kid for consistency surely.

Scooter...again
- Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing! -
If he is a star then how about unleashing him on the comp right now. We need him.Comment

perhaps the feeling is that u bring him in too early and he stuggles and looses confidence... i would think they keep him informed of how the club feels..
its important not to rush him...but at the same time if they earn a go they deserve it...its a fine line!Theres not much left to sayComment

I think Paul Roos knows what he is doing. I would love to see Scooter play, but no more than I would love for Thewlis, Dempster and James to be playing more regularly. Unfortunately, there is only room for 22, and none of them make the cut at this point. If he's good enough, he'll take his chance when it comes and make it impossible for the coaches to drop him (much like Bevan this year). Good luck to him!Comment

I've been checking his stats on the Swans website. The impression I got was that his body may need a bit more development before he is ready. A good summer in the gym and I expect we'll see him next year."Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

He is not a star. No one is a star in the canberra league, But I recon you are right we do need him. These soft cocks in the middle think they can get away with anything and not be dropped, and they are probabley right !Originally posted by Nico

You all know my thoughts about Scooter (well those of you who read my reserves reports do), but I have to agree he's body is borderline size wise. It appears he carries not extra kilo's and is very tonned, much like McVeigh from last year. Perhaps he needs to look to a similar programme for the off season. Excessive bulking up may not be the solution though as he make lose some of his natural evasive ability and explosive pace.
Realistically I see him as being relegated back to the Rookie list next year, if Sunny and Malceski make their way back into the line up. This will be disappointing for me to see as I think he'll be a good if nt great player given a few years. If those two don't come up to form, who knows.
After being delisted last year and picked up again and with age and the ability to be listed as a rookie again on his side, I'm sure Roosy has a plan (as frustrating it may be to Footyhead, Motorace and I).Here's my heart and you can break it
I need some release, release, release
