You would reckon, given their opinion of him, that when elevated from the Rookie list he would have been on a 2 year contract.

If he is out of favour then maybe the injuries he has had, have restricted mobility, pace etc in the eyes of the coaching staff, or is not quite up to what they expected.

every time I read a post belonging to Charlie I start singing it to myself.

I think Heath may not have been under serious contention for a few games due to the calf injury he sustained. I think that's why he was dropped from the 22 to start with and it's been niggly ever since.

Give him this year and full pre season and expect good things from him next year. The last game I watched him play was against one of the act/nsw comp favourites and it was a blinder. For him playing against the hard bodies from the ACT is a good thing and although they kicked away in Q3 & 4, he was in no way disgraced.

I'm a big fan, but if he doesn't cement a place in the starting 22 next year i'd say he'll be gone

he deserves a few more chances....injuries arent his fault but they affect performance and i guess after a while it counts against him
