I have been a swan supporter for about 40yrs, give or take a few, what do we do wrong??? why cant we be like Brisbane,? how frustrating is it to see Brisbane win premiership after premieship, and we just cannot win ONE,,, I am sick of excuses, surely I have have the right to say that, getting my first membership at 10yrs now 52yrs, not premiership, not even close,,,wish I could change my team at this moment,,, but the swans have been a legacy handed down to me and they are in my blood.

It's Because of the name Swans - Numerologically it just doen't work.

You could write a book about why we haven't won a premiership.

Funnily enough, in the same time period the Bulldogs haven't won a premiership, while Geelong, St Kilda, Melbourne and Collingwood have won only one.

Why can't they be like Brisbane? Simple reason is that it's not easy. You want to see premiership after premiership, fine, so do I. But if you expect it to happen, perhaps you're following not only the wrong team, but the wrong sport.
