Virgin and QF have some fairly decent old specials as well at the moment. Why waste time flying Jetstar to woop woop when you can fly to Tulla for not much more?
You can also go by car with either the Manager or Peter H (in Ceduna SA last night), as both will be making trips south for the match. We paid $50 return for the Carlton game with 4 in the car.
The Vic Hotel has rooms from $60 as well if you use RatestoGo.com.

id rather fly qantas and actually fly in sumwhere near melbourne.
I bought my flights for the demons game in feb and i got my flights fo $85 each way which isnt too bad.
But id never fly jetstar"I feel it in my fingers i feel it in my toes... Sydney Swans are all around me and there everywhere i go. A premiership is there beside me and thats all i know"
Only $1 for a cornetto that is DAYLIGHT SAVINGS!!!!!Comment

Not much further than Tulla? It is another 20+ km's.
There is no bus link as the company that was to provide it pulled out before they started flying their. They do however have free parking for cars.

I would not even go near jetstar. Virgin Blue flights and planes are bad enough..i cant imagine what JetStar would be like.
My last trip to Melbourne I almost blacked out from the pressure inside the virgin blue cabin. So from now on Qantas..rather pay a bit extra but at least i dont have to fly in old rejetced planes that could fail anyday now.
Call me paranoid.Comment

Virgin also introduced both the 737-700 and 737-800 before Qantas.Comment

If it is at no cost (the initial bus company was going to charge $15.00) then it must be being put on by Qantas or DeathStar themselves.

I know the initial company pulled out before they started flying, they may have replaced that themselves.

They are called Sunbus.
Not a bad deal really for the bus considering how cheap some of Jetstar's prices are.Comment
