Just thought up a scenario. If Eade gets the job at Richmond, Stafford may not want to stay around.
If he came back to us cheap (Pre season draft, or very late pick), would he be useful for us in a post-ball 2005 ?

In combination with Doyle they could be quite effective as both have similar styles.
Eventually becoming Doyle No.1 ruck, Stafford No.2 off bench.

Mooney is certainly starting to make a name for himself as a tough nut!! Dealt out a couple of heavy hits yesterday and played well to boot!!!
