Using the predictor (r19+)

Using the laddeer predictor from the afl site and basically taking Rocket's tips with only a few changes....

1) Swans beat Melbourne
2) Melbourne beats Port

I get this final 8:

Bris 68
Melb 68
stk 64
port 64
Geel 64
Syd 56
Freo 52
Ess 52

Then week 1:
BRIS v port (Gabba)
GEEL v ess (MCG)
SYD v Freo (SA or SCG)
MELB v stk (MCG) stk can't win at the G - TD has agreed to waive their rights to this game - stk will squeal

Week 2:
port v GEEL (FP) Port will choke again
stk v SYD (stk can't win at the G)

Week 3:
bris v SYD (gabba) we did it last year, we can do it again
GEEL v melb (MCG)

Grand final:
SYDNEY v geelong (ooohhhh yyyeeessss!!!) Sorry J

Yep!! That one IS the BIG leap of faith but our young guys will have a few finals behind them by then.

Geelong over Port at FP (week2) is also a big IF but if we can do it so can the Cats

We would play Freo in Melbourne at the G as their needs to be 3 games at the MCG in the first round this year to make sure they get their 5 for the year.

Sorry but you're wrong. Count em. There is alrready 5 games at the G. Two in week one and one each week after after that makes 5.

(Week 2 stk v SYD is at the G. I forgot to actually say so, but it's implied from my comment. The GF is also at the G but I didn't seem necessary to say so.)
