    Wally's Funeral

Who here is going? I'd hate to think no-one's going! (My off-sider is away today but I'm hoping my boss will let me).

I know most of the players and have personally offered my condolences. They know they have support behind them. I couldn't possibly go to the funeral of someone I didn't know.

I went to Church in the city at 1.30. Like Pillowtalk I would feel like I was intruding. So I lit my candles (one for Wally and one for a dear friend) and sat for about 15 minutes said a few prayers for them all, had a little reflective time.
Here's my heart and you can break it

2WS this morning was saying that "thousands" were expected.

Apart from the Swans organisation I imagine there will be a significant attendance from elsewhere in the AFL.

I felt it was best to send my sympathies to the club and players and did so in a fax. Put my thoughts together to hopefully help them get through the week.

I would be too upset for the players and family if I attended.
          Love those Swans
