    Salary Cap Room

How much would we have?? We dont have any real big spenders like Judd or Hird. Our highest paid would have to be Magic and Hall. With our concessions, you would think we have a lot of room to try and poach a big name, especially if we trade Bolton/Fosdike for it. Your thoughts?
    - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

We have to be careful with long term signings as our cap will change in 2006 from memory.

I have no idea how close we are the moment - you think we would have some room though.

Prior to the 2003 season we apparently werent using any of our cap extensions, which means we had about $1m worth of room.

Since then, Goodesy won a brownlow, and a lot of younger players have stepped up, but I'd imagine we'd have at least $600K of spare room still.
