    Goodesy's back

Now that Paul Roos has released Adam Goodes onto a wing, the man is back to his Brownlow best ( particularly in the first half on Saturday night ) and also seems to be moving better in regard to his dodgy knees.

The guy was born to be a free running athletic footballer, not a CHB that the coaching staff and fellow supporters on this site would like him to be.

Adam Goodes was BOG on Saturday night in my opinion, although Kennelly was a close second, due to the space that he was afforded in the first half on the wing - which created a handy buffer that Melbourne never reeled in.

With Goodesy's renewed confidence after being placed on a wing, he is now taking contested ( and uncontested ) marks that were being dropped while playing with no confidence and dodgy knees at CHB.

All this augurs for is a finals series that could be primed for some Goodesy magic, a la A.McLeod, and maybe this magic could take us further than some supporters and experts think !
